We bought our wonderful apartment in Nerja in February 2016. We had been looking for a while and Ms Lynne Summers, the Sales Manager, showed us many very nice properties and informed us about the process when you buy a property in Nerja, after all the buying process is different comparing to the process in Sweden. We ended up buying a very nice apartment in the Parador area with a wonderful sea view and with walking distance to the beaches and everything Nerja can offer us. We had a great communication with the team of SM Inmobiliarios and we had an invaluable help with all the paperworks, with Notarius, with the communication with the Town Hall, the Community etc. During the process we felt fully comfortable and safe evan though we were in the middle of a bigger financial investment in a foreign country. SM Inmobiliarios gave us all the help we needed, they have all the knowledge and handel every step professional. Evan after the investment they helped us finding the right craftsmen to refurbish the apartment - you can see the photos of the apartment before and after. We also rent out the apartment and SM Inmobiliarios help us with the Key and cleaning service, again with excellent communication!
I do recommend the help from SM Inmobiliarios if you are going to invest in a property in Nerja!
